A play on words to ignite self-love and connectivity across campus

The “Afro-mation” project is a collaboration with the Black Culture Center at the University of Missouri. Combining the words “Afro” and “Affirmation,” this project aims to combine pride and community. Svetlana concept designed and illustrated a portable chalkboard to execute this idea. The Black Culture Center now brings the board to different organization’s events and people passing can write affirmations in chalk. With every new location and affirmation added, a step towards an unified community is built.
